Refund Policy

11. REFUND POLICY This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Gezawa Commodity Market & Exchange - GCMX Radio and TV ("GCMX Africa") provides refunds for payments made on our streaming platform and mobile app.

10.1 General Policy All subscription purchases for GCMX Africa are final once activated. Users are encouraged to review their selected plan carefully before making a payment. 11.2 Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued only in the following cases: (a) Accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription; or (b) Verified technical issues that prevent access to the service; In such cases, users must contact support@gcmxafrica.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

11.3 Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided for: (a) Change of mind after subscription activation; (b) Partial usage of subscription period; or (c) Failed downloads or slow internet beyond our control.

11.4 Processing of Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
